Are there any setup fees or hidden contract charges?
No. All our plans run month-to-month with transparent billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any stage without penalty. Annual plans get a discount and unlock the 1-click IT3(d) submission.
Does the system directly process the SARS IT3(d) returns?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include a 4-step wizard that validates donor tax data, generates the SARS-compliant BRS file (HDR/T3D/TRL blocks), and either exports it for manual upload to eFiling or submits directly (on annual plans, once your eFiling credentials are wired in).
What counts as an “Active Donor”?
An active donor is any individual or corporate who has donated to your organisation within the last 12 months. Archived profiles do not count toward your tier limits, so long-lapsed supporters don't inflate your plan.
Can we migrate our existing donor spreadsheets?
Yes. On the Growth and Enterprise plans our onboarding team will help you clean, validate, and import your existing donor list, bank statements, and email contacts, usually within a week. There is no additional fee for migration on annual plans.
Is our data stored in South Africa?
Yes. All donor and donation data lives on infrastructure hosted within South Africa, in line with POPIA. Encrypted backups are for disaster recovery only and never leave the country without your written instruction.
What happens if we cancel?
On cancellation we make your full data available to export for 30 days. After that it is permanently deleted from live systems. Section 18A certificates you have already issued remain valid. The SARS obligation is on your organisation, not on us.
Do you offer a discount for annual plans or larger networks?
Yes. Annual plans are billed at a discount to the monthly amounts shown above, and larger federated networks (e.g. denominational bodies, provincial NGO umbrellas) qualify for network pricing on the Enterprise tier. Chat to us on the Contact page.
